These Terms of Sale and Use (hereinafter “T&Cs”) define the terms of access and use of the website as well as the conditions applicable to any order placed on royaume-des-reves.fr.

By browsing the website and/or making a purchase, you accept without reservation the present T&Cs, as well as the policies accessible on the website (return policy, privacy policy, etc.).

The shop sells duvet covers (non-customized products). Photos and visuals are illustrative. We do our best to ensure a faithful representation, without being able to guarantee a perfect match of colors depending on screens.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated on the site at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The invoiced price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of the present T&Cs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud, or for any other legitimate reason.

7. Payment

Payment is made via the means offered at the time of placing the order. Payment information is processed securely by payment providers.

9. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

Conditions: the item must be new, unused, in its original state and in its original packaging.

Refund: upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is made on the original payment method (if approved). Bank delays may apply.

Undelivered package: in case of non-delivery, contact us via the contact page. A refund may be made after verification and confirmation of non-delivery.

Promotional items: sale or promotional items are refundable under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
