These General Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter “CGV/CGU”) define the terms of access and use of the site as well as the conditions applicable to any order placed on realm-des-reves.fr.

The store sells duvet covers (non-personalized products). The photographs and visuals have illustrative value. We do our best to ensure a faithful representation, without being able to guarantee a perfect color match depending on the screens.

5. Price

Prices are indicated on the site at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price invoiced is that displayed when confirming the order.

6. Order

Refund: after receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is made to the original payment method (if approved). Banking deadlines may apply.

Undelivered package: in the event of non-delivery, contact us via the contact page. A refund can be made after verification and confirmation of non-delivery.

Promotional items: Sale or promotional items are refundable under the same conditions as normal priced items.

10. Exchanges
