The Procedure
1. Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt (of the last package if your order was delivered in parts), via the contact form, by email at lionel@royaume-des-reves.fr, or using the standard form in Article 8 of the Terms. Indicate your order number.
2. Send back the package within the following 14 days, to:

Charges borne by you, non-refundable. Prefer a tracked shipment: proof of posting allows us to process your refund without waiting for the package's arrival.
3. You are refunded in full, including initial delivery fees, via your original payment method, within 14 days of your notification. In practice, the transfer is initiated within [2-3] working days after receipt, then banking delays may apply.
In what condition to return the product
Unpack and examine it freely, as you would in-store. However, a washed product, used on a bed, or with labels removed cannot be resold: the law authorizes us to deduct the devaluation from the refund, details of which we provide. Keep the original packaging if you can—it is not a condition for a refund.
Sold or promotional items follow exactly the same rules.
Avoiding a return
Most returns stem from a size error. Before confirming: measure your duvet and compare to the size chart on the product page, consider a tolerance of [± 2] cm, and keep in mind that colors may vary by screen. Doubt? Write to us before ordering, response within [5] working days.
Package not received or lost
Write to us. After verification with the carrier, we resend or refund, free of charge.
