Yoga is a highly recommended exercise to feel good about yourself. But many people haven't started doing it yet. One of the reasons is that they are unable to perform it.
Indeed, this discipline calls for very specific postures. This section describes five positions you should adopt to feel good about yourself.
Yoga Combined with Seated Meditation
We live in a world where stress is present at all times. This explains why people are so tense and unpleasant. They have trouble staying focused on what they are doing because their minds are elsewhere.
You can choose sophrology or seated meditation to remedy this condition. This method allows you to lift your spirit. Moreover, it is a relaxation strategy.
It is necessary to sit down and take a truly comfortable position to achieve this. The best position consists of firmly placing your feet on the floor, keeping your head straight, and raising your hands towards your genitals. Once comfortably seated, close your eyes gently and start breathing.

Adopt the Free Dog or Cat Position
Because the spine must be relaxed, this position allows you to feel good about yourself. This way, we can breathe easily and listen to our bodies.
You need to have a very flat back and be on all fours. It is also necessary to align the spine and the head. To facilitate breathing during inspiration, you must relax the chest and adjust the back and head muscles.
When something is about to expire, actions are taken that go against inspiration. The back must be circular. It is important to visualize a cat about to run away. Don't forget to praise your throat.

And If We Chose the Crepe!
This pose requires a lot of patience. It also needs flexibility at the level of tendons and shoulders. But do not force the latter. It is enough to let our bodies exert their strength and weight during work, little by little. Moreover, we must never neglect our breathing.
Opt for Savana
This position is a bit difficult. It asks us to adopt a synchronized posture as well as the various postures listed above. But it is one of the positions that offers the most benefits and best aids to help us relax.
It is better to choose Savasana if you also want to enjoy the present moment.

Practice the Lotus Position
In terms of posture for yoga, the lotus position is the best known. You need to sit in a cross-legged position to practice it. The right foot must be raised to the level of the left hip and the other foot must be positioned to the right.
But the question arises: can you hold the Lotus position if you are not flexible ? In fact, this position requires a lot of relaxation. Moreover, if you are not particularly flexible, you can only adopt a half turn.
Besides the fact that it relieves the shoulders and pelvis, the lotus position has benefits, particularly psychological.
