Moving doesn't have to act like a scoundrel. In reality, putting pleasure at the center of our physical efforts is always a good tactic if you want to persist and not get bored after two or three times. It is possible that breaking up our periods of activity could be the key to getting back in shape.
Because the positive effects of exercise can be felt so quickly, these short sessions motivate us to do more. And who doesn't have ten minutes free to wiggle in their schedule? We even give you smart suggestions on how to move instead of sitting around waiting...
Good idea, isn't it? Choose what tickles you most and have a good time.
Walk Quickly and More Often!
The walk is the safest and most practical transport method to avoid injuries. It's a low-impact cardio workout whose long-term benefits have been demonstrated. Why not take fifteen minutes or more from your lunch hour to go for a walk (and get a bit of fresh air and a screen break in the process)?
Otherwise, plan to take longer walks at night. Feel like spending some money? Select a fast pace for your commutes.
Is running out something that interests you? Walk for a while, then run for a while and vice versa. There is no doubt that as you progress in this direction, you will start to feel better in your skin.
Wherever we go (to work, the dentist, the theater, etc.), we can take the habit of parking or getting off at a stop further away to include walking in our travels. Get out and enjoy summer by exploring some of the many trails available.

Dance
It's proven! There are physical benefits and psychological benefits to dancing. The group plays three or four upbeat songs and lets the night flow without complaint. It's a great anti-stress when times are tough!
And if you want to spend a bit more time training, you can string together a few weight exercises. What could be nicer than a packet of endorphins to get you through the rest of the day!
Take the Stairs
It's public knowledge that we can take more steps in our daily movements if we give up elevators in favor of stairs. Of course, let's all do it! We're working on our cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength.
You'll notice an improvement in your breathing within a few weeks, and it's priceless!

Use Our Arms to Do Double Duty
While waiting for an episode to load, watching kids take a bath, in "waiting mode" around the house, etc., you can strengthen your arms by lifting weights (or, if you don't have any, a water bottle or some canned goods). This works well without any hiccups!
Take Frequent Screen Breaks for "Workout"
Want to watch a movie or TV show? We can use it to move at the same time! It's a variety of things to do, and it can appeal to newcomers, just as much to athletes as to beginners, because training at home can become boring after a while.
Consequently, we jump around with a "jumping jack" style or "toe grips". Assisted positioning and "push-ups" are performed. A little ledge, perhaps?
And if you are on a stationary bike, you can always do interval spinning. When you do two things at once, time flies. To get in a bit more exercise during our show, we suggest 30-minute workouts.

Adopt Mini-Routines Based on Yoga as a Daily Practice
Short yoga sessions can be a good complement to the day because they help us move more freely and counteract the effects of spending too much time sitting at a desk. We go slowly in the morning when we get up for the first time. We stretch and wake up our bodies.
Doing a few sun salutations helps us feel better and wakes up our muscles and joints. Take a break from your work in the afternoon and do some exercises that energize you so the rest of your day goes smoothly. And for the evening, we go with our favorite positions that release tension accumulated since our clock struck: child pose, pigeon pose, a few "downward dogs", etc. If it moves and reminds you of your body experiences, it's good enough.
