2. Subject and Acceptance
These conditions govern the use of the site royaume-des-reves.fr and remote sales with consumers. They are accepted via checkbox upon order validation; the applicable version is the one in force at that time. Consumers residing in another EU member state retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of their national law.
3. Products
Bedding : duvet covers, sheets and accessories, in standard sizes.
Each piece is made after order validation, which explains the preparation time stated in Article 6.
Dimensions, material and composition appear on each product sheet, which takes precedence over any general description. Dimensions are stated with a tolerance of [± 2] cm, customary in textile manufacturing. Color rendering may vary by screen; this does not constitute a conformity defect.
4. Price and Order
Prices in euros VAT included, excluding delivery fees shown before validation. The applicable price is that shown at validation. The seller may modify prices at any time, without effect on already confirmed orders.
A confirmation email summarizes the order. Check size and model upon receipt : as production begins quickly, correction is only possible if manufacturing has not started.
The seller may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, manifest price error, or unresolved prior dispute; the customer is then informed and fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payment due at order, by methods offered at checkout. Payment data are processed by authorized providers; the seller has no access.
6. Delivery
Timescales: preparation [1-2] working days after payment, then transport [8-12] working days depending on destination. Delivery at the latest [30] days after the order.
Delay : in accordance with Article L.216-6 of the Consumer Code, you may require the seller to deliver within an additional reasonable period then, if not, resolve the contract in writing. Paid amounts are refunded within 14 days.
Risks : transferred upon physical receipt of the package (L.216-4).
Damaged or unreceived package : make reservations with the carrier and notify us, preferably with photos. After verification, the product is resent or refunded, free of charge to you.
7. Right to Withdraw
You have 14 days to withdraw without reason, from receipt of the product — or the last product in case of split delivery.
Notify : in writing free of ambiguity before deadline expiry — form of Article 8, email to lionel@royaume-des-reves.fr, or contact form. Indicate your order number. We reply with the return address; no prior authorization is required for the withdrawal to be valid.
Return : within 14 further days of notification, to Lionel Miraton - Royaume des Rêves, 12 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 34120 Pézenas, France.
Return charges borne by you, estimated at [8-15] € depending on carrier and destination. Tracked shipment recommended: proof of dispatch triggers refund without awaiting receipt.
Product Condition : you may unpack and inspect it as in-store. You are responsible for devaluation resulting from handling beyond inspection (L.221-23): a washed, used product, or with labels removed cannot be resold, and a reduction corresponding to value loss applies. Keep original packaging if possible—it is not a condition of refund.
Refund : full, including standard delivery fees, via original payment method, within 14 days of notification. The seller may defer until receipt of the product or proof of dispatch. If you chose costlier delivery than standard, only standard cost is refunded.
Sold or promotional items follow the same rules as regular-priced items.

9. Legal Guarantees
Regardless of withdrawal, and free of charge:
Conformity (L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code). You have 2 years from delivery to act. Any defect appearing within 24 months is presumed to exist at delivery, unless proven otherwise. You obtain repair or replacement at your choice — subject to manifestly disproportionate cost — and, if compliance is impossible, late, repeated or defect serious, price reduction or resolution with refund. This warranty applies regardless of any commercial warranty.
Hidden Defects (art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). You may obtain price restitution against return of the product, or a price reduction, acting within 2 years of discovery of the defect.
Implementation: contact us with your order number and photos of the defect. Normal wear and damage resulting from abnormal use or non-compliance with care instructions are excluded.
10. Exchanges and Complaints
Products are made to order, no size or model exchange is offered outside legal guarantees: exercise your right to withdraw and place a new order. A credit note of [12] months may be offered upon request — optional option which never substitutes your right to refund.

11. Site, Intellectual Property and Liability
The site and its elements (text, visuals, motifs, logos, code) are protected; any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Purchasing a product confers no rights on reproduced motifs beyond private use.
You agree to use the site as intended and provide accurate information. The seller ensures site accessibility by reasonable means, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, and is not responsible for third-party sites linked. No provision excludes or limits mandatory consumer law obligations, notably legal guarantees.
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
Force majeure under Article 1218 of the Civil Code suspends affected obligations; if impediment is final, contract is resolved and sums refunded. Nullity of a provision does not affect others. Failure to invoke a provision does not constitute waiver.
12. Applicable Law, Mediation, Disputes
French law, without prejudice to more favorable mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence in the EU.

In the absence of agreement, the consumer may at choice seize the court of their residence at time of contract conclusion or occurrence of damage, or that of the seller's residence.
