Refund policy

We apply a return policy of 30 days after the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return conditions

To be eligible for return, your item must be new, unused, in the condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

We only sell duvet covers (non-personalized products).

Prior request required

Without prior agreement, the return may be refused.

Refunds

Once you return received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is then processed and the amount is automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Undelivered package

Promotional items

The sale or promotion items are refundable under the same conditions as normal priced items.

Exchanges

We only replace items defective or damaged. Please contact us via the form: https://royaume-des-reves.fr/pages/contact, specifying your order number and, if possible, photos of the problem observed.

Return costs and shipping

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are at your expense and are not refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary.
