Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase . After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return conditions
To be eligible for return, your item must be new, unused , in the condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging .
We only sell duvet covers (non-personalized products).
Prior application required

Without prior agreement, the return may be refused.
Return address
Once your request is accepted, you will need to return the item to the return address indicated on our contact page : https://royaume-des-reves.fr/pages/contact .
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer .
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund is then processed and the amount is automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days .
Package not delivered
If your product has not been delivered, please contact our customer service department at: https://royaume-des-reves.fr/pages/contact . After verification, a refund can be issued once the non-delivery is confirmed.
Sale items
Sale or promotional items are refundable under the same conditions as items at normal price.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us via the form: https://royaume-des-reves.fr/pages/contact , specifying your order number and, if possible, photos of the problem.
Return and shipping costs
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75 ,
