There are many lovely valances to choose from in a wide range of models. Inventive patterns, comfortable fabrics, warm shades... If choosing a duvet cover is no longer as difficult as before, threading the needle remains a major challenge in interior decoration.
Here are three failproof methods anyone can use to successfully change their sheets without sweating. It's up to you to decide which of these options best suits your bed linen.
Turn the duvet cover inside out
The quickest and easiest method is to lay the duvet cover flat on the bed. You just need to lay the duvet on the cover (pieces against pieces) and roll everything up. Once the "burrito" is formed, the duvet is tucked inside the tortilla.
The last minor step is to grab the two perpendicular ends of the duvet and join them to those of the cover. When it's undone (and the two attached ends are pinched together), the cover is trapped inside the duvet220x240. You just need to let everything unfold.
It is important to remember, however, that this technique works best with duvet cases that have a wide opening.
Using the Burrito method, you can put on your duvets in about a minute. Do you immediately think of the Mexican dish when I use the word "burrito"? And you're not too far off. It really cuts the ice right now!

The Burrito method:
- Lay your duvet cover inside out on the bed.
- Place the duvet.
- Roll everything up like a burilla
- To take a bite of a burrito, you need to open the packaging, find the tail, and pull. Basically, do the same thing on the other side.
- Stop the car!
- Your turn is over and your duvet is neatly tucked inside its case.
Grab the duvet corners
Here is a very simple method that consistently produces results. The lowest amount of preparation required to put on a duvet in two steps or three moves is significant. After placing the duvet on the bed, you reach out and grab the duvet by its cover.
Thus, the cover is brought to slide by meeting its right angle with that of the hoop. For the second top piece, the same procedure is repeated. When full, grab the two corners (duvet and cover included) and close them.
This will hopefully make the last step easier and leave a little duvet. You just need to repeat this process for the two bottom corners.
Make it easier on yourself by using the foil technique
This method can be reproduced by cutting the duvet in half again; it is effective for bottle-neck opening blade covers. Cutting the middle of the sleeve and the top of the sleeve will do the trick. You also need to shave the edges to create a smooth center (once to the right, once to the left, and once all around).
Now is the right time to open the duvet case and be ready to cut an opening. Slide the sleeve into the hoop, then unfold the side panels inside. Two initial corners are cut to form triangles.
The next step is to climb to the top of the duvet to look for one of the top corners of the cover. One hand goes in a spiral out of the corner looking for a triangle to thread. Do the same with the other corner, then assemble everything by pinning the two corners you just cut.
The next step is to insert the duvet corners into the bottom corners of the cover.
